Every time I do any sort of outfit post, I feel like I start by updating you about the weather, and I felt myself trying to do it on this post. I'm going to contain myself though, and jump right into the outfit but just know I'm loving Fall in Indiana. Since that's the case I wanted to put together an outfit especially for the Autumn / Fall season and while browsing around online I came across an awesome site OMGnb.com.
They're name is a little unique, so much so that I almost didn't click in to see what they had, but I'm so glad I did. The site is wholesale dreams. Everything from hair extensions to beauty products and of course clothing. As soon as I saw their military style backpack I knew I wanted to put together a whole look aground it, and share my army chic outfit board.
Hat - The last piece that was added to this look was this hat. I'd originally had another beanie picked out but decided I needed some color in this look. While a red pop of color might look cute, I wanted to avoid the USSR vintage feel so I went with a deep purple instead.
Bag - As I mentioned above, this whole outfit is all about the bag. It's a tough durable piece that's inspired by military rucksacks but is a whole lot cuter. For school or camping the massive amount of storage is great and the whole design is a lot like cargo pants. You can also check out their other bags.
Shoes - While combat boots might not be as "high fashion" as they were the last two seasons, for the fall season they've still shown up in a lot of street style. I went with a brown pair to tie in with the bag.
Sweater - Probably the hardest piece I had matching into the outfit was a nice top. Because the outfit is "military" style it can be a bit on the masculine side, and I wanted to counteract that. Luckily I was able to with this chunky white cable knit sweater that looks super comfortable.
Pants - Ever since getting a pair of my own a few years ago I've loved this olive color for pants, even if color matching isn't the easiest. The skinny leg and waist line are flattering and the color is better than your average denim everyday wear.
