Book Review - The Name I Call Myself

The Name I Call Myself
By Beth Moran

Who will Faith trust with her past and with her real name?

The good news for Faith is that she has met Perry. He's rich, gorgeous, and has vowed to leave his playboy ways behind forever and marry her. The bad news is that Perry's mother is planning Faith's nightmare wedding, including the dress from hell. While dreaming about her ideal ceremony, Faith goes to her mother's church - and ends up going the choir! Here she meets a man who makes her feel safe, perhaps even safe enough to share the dark secrets that are catching up with her. Secrets she's not even confided in her fiancee, despite the fact that danger is closing in...

Beth Moran lives in Nottingham with her husband, and three children. When she's not writing, Beth helps to lead a national women's network, Free Range Chicks.

My Thoughts: Romances are of course my favorite, which might be a symptom of being a girl. I don't like to admit it, but when I have free time or need to relax they're amazing. So it shouldn't be a surprise that I signed up to review The Name I Call Myself when the publisher was offering it in exchange for that. I love that Faith grows throughout the book and that I felt like I was rooting for her the whole time, and cringing when she made bad decisions. Another great book from Beth Moran. If you like Making Marion or To Have and to Hold you'll love The Name I Call Myself.
