As you probably already know I love cooking, and even have a whole section of my blog laid out as "domestic hanna" in addition to a cooking section. When I was given the chance to review this Broth & Stock cookbook of course I wanted to see what was in it. The photography is simple and realistic (much better than the over stylized unachievable photos), and the recipes are things I actually want to make. They have a lot of variety too, from the every day to things I've never heard of. The ingredients are listed on the side, the explanations are inviting, and with the instructions there is no guess work. They tell you everything you need to know so your broth and stock creations will turn out perfect. If you like The Hot Bread Kitchen  or Home Cooked, you have to check out this Nourish Kitchen cookbook.
