Vegan Pumpernickel Bread Recipe

Since I've been trying to get in shape something I've noticed is that you can't just exercise and expect results, even if you're wearing cute running outfits or yoga outfits. The biggest thing is having a better diet something I've been trying to work on. So for today's #fitnessfriday I wanted to share with you guys a bread recipe. This bread is a fairly soft (by European not American) standards, is moist and full of flavor. Best of all though it isn't high calorie and doesn't have any weird bad for you ingredients. Of course like all my recipes this pumpernickel bread recipe is vegan. 

Ingredients (for 1 1/2 lbs)
3 1/2 Oz Coconut Milk
1 1/2 Table Spoons Coconut Oil
5 Oz Water
2 Teaspoons Coco Powder
2 Teaspoons Active Yeast (Dry)
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Cups Bread Flour
1 Cup Rye Flour

Now as you might know I have a bread machine which is much easier than doing everything by hand and makes everything simple. Just mix all the ingredients together and put to the desired settings and you're done.
