Easy Vegan Smoothie Recipe

In honor of Fitness Friday I'm here with a healthy and vegan food option for you guys. Normally when I do these kind of recipe posts I cook something extravagant like vegan pizza, or  BBQ tofu but today I went with a smoothie. It only takes a few minutes to make, and is great for a breakfast before early morning classes or just as a snack.

2 Frozen Bananas (chopped)
Unflavored Soy Milk
1 Can Mandarin Oranges

I first put the bananas, milk and a cup of ice into my blender, and then realized I had lost the lid, so blended this part with a stick blender. I then added in a few more banana slices and 3 teaspoons of honey, as well as the mandarin orange juice and blended this in, without completely mashing the final bananas.  To finish off on top I put a few whole mandarin oranges. And... That's it.
Also a big shout out to the people over at Ozeri, for the glasses I used in this post. They sent me their Moderna Artisan Series Double Wall Beverage Glasses a while back and I've absolutely been loving them. They're very cute, with a nice thumb print design that makes it easier to grip, and keep from dropping. Plus with their double wall design keeps what you're holding from being either too hot or too cold (even works with boiling water!). You can get your own HERE
