App Review: The Simpsons Tapped Out

Whenever I'm in class and it gets especially boring I try and look for fun app to play. One of the ones I found was The Simpsons Tapped Out. I decided to download it because it seemed like something that I could play for awhile or not play without the whole game erupting (I'm looking at you Game of War). Since I've been playing it for awhile I figured for #techtuesday .

Alright so when you start out there's been a nuclear explosion and the whole of Spring Field has been demolished. You are quickly allowed to build a few houses as well as a road or two. Then you complete missions to get further, as well as regular activities. For the first day or so of the game all these quests are kind of overwhelming but the tasks do become more manageable. At certain milestones, usually a new level you can build new buildings which more often than not come with a new character to play with.

Overall I think The Simpsons Tapped Out is a fun game to play when you have a little free time. It doesn't require a large amount of currency to play Covet Fashion. A few of the missions are awful like making the monorail and super time consuming. Even with a lot of friends playing the game it's quite hard. That's really the only bad thing though about The Simpsons Tapped Out so I'm pretty happy with it.
