Review: Manuka Honey Peel Off Mask

Not too long ago I talked about winning the Bath & Body Works Twilight Woods Shower Gel from my cousin's baby shower. Another thing that was included in my beauty prize pack was this Manuka Honey Peel Off Mask. I was super excited to be getting this because, it's been forever since I've had a peel off mask, I'm excited about any mask anyways. So I figured I could share a review with you guys.

Alright so after the baby shower I was asking the prize buyer where they got the stuff (since I'm always curious), and I believe it came in a pack from the dollar store, which I think is great because that means it's quite cheap. The packaging on the individual mask is a flexible plastic and there's a girl with flowers (I'm guessing jasmine since that's the other ingredient) as well as a smaller photo of a girl peeling off the mask. It says that this is for healthy skin and to use weekly as well as the Montagne Jennesse name.

To apply first clean face off. This will make sure your face oils don't soak in. Then apply the mask by tearing open the package Then just apply like you would a lotion. The process is a bit messy and you'll want to wash your hands afterwards. Then wait twenty minutes and peel off.

Verdict: This smells like honey, with just a bit of Jasmine, so if don't like honey then this mask wouldn't be for you. Moving on from that I have to say there's plenty of product for two masks (although no easy way to reuse the container) and it actually feels nice on the skin even while drying. Maybe because I didn't apply evenly I had a little trouble getting all the pieces to pull off (the cucumber facial peel off mask is easier) but underneath my skin felt amazing.
