Review: Era Organics Dead Sea Mud Therapy

Awhile back I reviewed the Era Organics Complete Moisture Cream and was very impressed with it. I love that it came in a large tub was all natural and of course how well it worked. So when the people over at Era Organics offered to send me their Dead Sea Mud Therapy which is to be used as a mask of course I said yes so I could try it out. I was a bit skeptical though about it being pink grapefruit mint for it's scent.

Alright so it comes in a black hard plastic tub.  On the front is a label with different colors of font. Colors from gold (the main accent) to blue and pink as well as the all over white. The lid is a twist off kind made out of the same material as the tub. When you first twist off the lid there is a safety seal and underneath the mask is a very dark grey.

To apply rub onto skin and leave for ten to twenty minutes. This mask is a bit more runny than previous dead sea mud masks I've tried out like the ones from Barefaced and Lavo. It doesn't really give any irritation (except the bit that is from having mud dry on the face), but I was a bit disappointed in the smell. It doesn't have the typical mud mask smell but it doesn't really smell like mint or pink grapefruit.

Verdict: After waiting for the mud to dry 5 minutes and then leaving it on another ten minutes I rinsed it off with warm water. My skin looked clearer afterwards and felt significantly softer. I love the ingredients in. In addition to the Dead Sea Mud, was calendula tea, clay and shea butter just to mention a few.
