Fitness Friday: 4 New Fitness Products in my Routine

As I talked about last week with my 5 fitness routine tips I'm getting back into the whole routine of working out. One thing that I've noticed is that there are a lot of things that you can use to help out your workout, and luckily I've been given a few things that can help me out with my new fitness goals (as in six pack abs!). 

1. NeeBoo Fit Resistance Bands - When I first saw these I didn't understand exactly what they were for. However I decided to look up workouts to use resistance bands with and actually found a lot of helpful things. Since using them, I feel like I've been getting more from exercising without having to put more time in. You can get your own HERE

2. Running Belts - I'm not the type of person who likes to run on a treadmill. I have a long stride, and a mildly irregular gait, so of course I go outside for jogging. The problem is when I want to carry my phone with me, and on trails my keys. Thanks to these running belts that's easy, and they look super cute too! 

3. Ozeri Body Tape - Measuring on a scale and checking that on a BMI chart isn't a great way to check your muscle tone once you start working out. This Ozeri body tape actually measure the amount of fat you have and gives you a more accurate view of how much harder you should work. You can get your own HERE

4.  Pure Sabino Yoga Socks - Even though yoga isn't a big calorie burner it'll always be one of my favorite things to do. Sometimes you get cold feet but wearing socks can be a disaster. These yoga socks are not only toeless but they also have traction on the bottom.  You can get your own HERE
