I absolutely love anything cooking related and I wanted to specifically review this book because it has vegan options something that isn't that easy to find. I love that there is an easy to follow tutorial. When you get to actual making these you see lots of very nice pictures and the instructions although advanced are do able. If you like Vegan Holiday Cooking or In Her Kitchen you'll love this book.
