Review: LAVO Microdermabrasion Cream/Exfoliating Scrub

My skin is something I try to take good care of. I mean sure I forget to wash it on the daily, but I make sure to apply the proper amount of SPF (love Coppertone Clearly Sheer) use moisturizers and masks when my face breaks out. Actually two of my favorites are the Lavo Volcanic Mud Mask and the Lavo Dead Sea Mud Mask so when I was given the chance to try out their Microdermabrasion cream exfoliating scrub of course I had to say yes.

It comes from Amazon, like a lot of other beauty products I review so I'll save you the trouble of talking about how great that is again. Inside the shipping box was the black Lavo box. It has a light blue insert and white lettering throughout. The tub that holds it is white, as is the lid that screws off. There is a black label that looks very similar to the Lavo box across the middle and it gives some product information.  Here's what the company has to say:

"LAVO's brand new Microdermabrasion Cream gently grinds away dead skin, helps reduce fine lines, treat sun damage, blemishes, and acne scars. It does an excellent job buffing away dry flaky skin especially during those cold winter months. The cream contains moisturizers and fruit enzymes to keep face hydrated and from drying out. It is a very light non greasy emollient cream.

The cream contains super fine aluminum crystals (feels like fine soft sand on a beach) that really polishes up your skin and actually making your skin lighter and brighter without the use of chemicals.

This is a professional quality microdermabrasion the ones used in many spas across the US and around the world. Use it at home 1-2 times a week.

Very simple to use. Scoop out with finger and rub with a circular motion on face for 1-2 minutes. Skin will be very soft and will have a nice glow."

Verdict: This Microdermabrasion Cream / Exfoliating Scrub is yet another Lavo product I'm impressed with. The beads are super small and non-irritating, and after using my face actually feels more moisturized an hydrated. It's not greasy and doesn't leave any residue. Something I think I'll have to add to my skincare routine.
