As you might know, I've been a vegan on and off since the early years of high school. To tell the truth  I tend to break off my diet because a lack of food variety, especially in the holiday season. So of course I wanted to check out this book. I've tried out a few of the recipes, and not only were they easy enough to make, but the ingredients weren't a pain to find (like my vegan broccoli cheese soup) and of course they were fantastic.
