Review: Soapbox Mandarin Liquid Hand Soap

Hand soap is something I don't really think about that much. I know that I don't want something that will dry out my skin, I'm not a big fan of antibacterial hand soaps for use at home (I love them in public restrooms though), and I'd like something that smells good. When I found out about Soapbox though, who sent me a sample of their hand soap to try out, I learned that I should be requiring a lot more from my  hand soap. Everyone of the SoapBox products are cruelty free and certified vegan, gluten free, made in USA have 100% recyclable packaging are free of palm oil. paraben free, petrochemical free, phthalate free,  and sulfate free. Plus for each purchase of liquid hand soap, a month's supply of clean water is donated to those in need through a partnership with RainCatcher

Because I just received a sample to try out, I can't say too much about the packaging, but I did check it out at and they're nice looking bottles, that are 8 oz, and plastic. I can talk about the Mandarin smell, which is a fantastic fresh citrus scent. It isn't overpowering but will last on your hands a little while. Using it, it lathers very well, and rinsed off just fine without leaving any residue, and my hands still felt soft afterwards.

Not only do I really like the this soap to use. I mean it smells good, gives me a lot of bubbles and doesn't dry out my skin, but I also love SoapBox. They do a lot of great work helping people around the world (you can go to their site to see countries they've helped), and I love that their products are all made in the USA and completely vegan.
