Review: Priority Chef Dual Julienne and Vegetable Peeler

I cannot be the only person that hates knives. It's kind of a big deal for cooking that I don't use knives, and a huge hassle. Actually that's the whole reason I got and reviewed the Propresser Stainless Steel Garlic Press, so when I found out about another product that would help me stay away from knives, of course I wanted Priority Chef to send me a sample to review, and as it turns out I really like it.

To start with tis Dual Julienne and Vegetable Peeler comes in a cardboard box with the company logo, and a picture of the product on the front. I think it'd be a cute stocking stuffer, for anyone who's into cooking. Inside is the peeler/julienne in plastic. I decided to use it to peel a pear, since I was eating one for dinner, but really it works well with other things (zucchini noodles for example). As you can see I did the peeling but I wanted to show you how well the Julienne works. It's a breeze to switch between the two and using both the peeler and the Julienne was very easy, no snagging or issues with tougher areas.

Verdict: I really like the Priority Chef Dual Julienne and Vegetable Peeler. It's easy to use (even for a novice like me), and much safer than a knife. The blades were very sharp and it can go through very tough skin, so any vegetable or fruit will be fine. And, this something I know some of you worry about, it's easy to clean.
