Review: Olay Complete All Day Moisturizer with Sunscreen

Sunscreen is one of those popular things added into skin care now, just like Shea Butter and Aloe Vera. The thing about added sunscreen though, is that it isn't just some vain thing added to products, only a little vain since it helps prevent wrinkles, because sunscreen is preventative care for skin cancer. So I was happy when the Olay Complete all day moisturizer had sunscreen, which was a part of that P&G gift bag I won, even if it's only SPF 15.

This P&G lotion comes in a box, that has the typical kind of strange looking Olay woman as the logo and a white with a yellow overlay. The bottle inside is white, and has a more simple Olay logo and just the basic information, that this is lotion with broad spectrum SPF 15. Underneath the black twist off cap is the squeeze top.

This moisturizer is basically scentless, and a pure white color. It actually felts texture and weight wise more like a sunscreen than a lotion, similar to Coppertone Clearly Sheer Sunny Days Sunscreen. It's very light weight, as soon as I put it on my skin I couldn't feel it. However it isn't the best at moisturizing, it just made my skin a little softer.

Verdict: I think that as a facial moisturizer under makeup this Olay Complete All Day Moisturizer with Sunscreen would work just fine. It isn't oily or sticky and I love the broad spectrum sunscreen. I don't like though that it isn't that great at moisturizing, so you'd need something more for dry skin. I'd recommend Garnier Moisture Rescue Lotion
