Review: Bake it Fun Silicone Baking Mat

I love baking. I'm not all that great at it, I mean I do tend to burn things or more likely undercook them but I'm working on it. You can check out the Domestic Hanna tag to see what I'm talking about, because one day I'll be that fancy Martha Stewart House Wife. So when Bake it Fun offered me one of their silicone baking mats to review, of course I said yes. More cooking supplies and practice at it is a huge win win for me.

The Bake it Fun mat came in a cute white and blue box that I thought would be great to have to store it, but since they didn't have it with any wax paper I literally had to tear the box in half to get the silicone baking mat out. Once I did, I was able to see it. My first thought was that it would be perfect for baking with kinds. The bright blue ruler and circles are what convinced me of that.

It is a standard cookie sheet size silicone baking mat. I like the ruler, so you can measure the length of your food before you put in the oven. The circles though I have mixed feelings about, they make the silicone mat a little distracting if you aren't using close to that size. It's great for making things like Ultimate Chippers Cookies and other cookies, and if you can get past the distracting circles, it's a good non-stick mat for everything.
