When I first started reading this book, I thought it was going to be complete crap. I mean what dose this Donald Asher guy know? But I read anyways, and saw a there is a ton of advice, good advice that can be implemented daily. There are examples of who did something right and who did it wrong, and how you can either do it like them or avoid their mistakes. For anyone in the workforce at an level this a great book to check out. Also look at Unstoppable and Out of the Depths
