This 2015 addition includes up-to-date research and tips about writing impressive resumes and cover letters, doing effective networking and confident interviewing and negotiating the best salary possible. But it goes beyond that, in helping you to better know who you are, with its classic self-invetory called "The Flower Exercise"- becasues the best answer to What Shall I Do? flows from knowing Who you are.

Richard N. Bolles has led the career development field for more than forty years and has helped millions identify their unique gifts and find their dream jobs.

Up until recently this book wouldn't have meant a thing to me, but in the past few weeks that sure has changed. I love that there are a ton of conversation tips to help you smoothly go through your interview. There are so many little things too, like what your resume should be printed on and how it looks that I wouldn't ever have thought of. The veterans section is great if you or someone you know is one. If you liked Who Gets Promoted Who Doesn't and Why then this is for sure a must read.
