Review: Trim Fuel Cookie Dough Gluten Free Protein Bar

You all know that I've been working on getting fit, with all those fitness friday posts and part of my big plan is to run more. Actually I have a long term goal of running a half marathon, but as of now that seems nearly impossible. Of course though you have to start somewhere, and these Trim Fuel cookie dough flavored gluten free protein bars with 600 MG Omega3 fatty acids, 10 grams of protein and no artificial sweeteners seemed like the perfect place to start.

Previously I've tried Vega Sport Energy Bars and liked them pretty well, so I have a good thing to compare Trim Fuel to. First off I like the unisex packaging, in a fitness world dominated by men, it's nice to have something without some huge man on the cover. The packaging, has nutrition facts on it and is easy to open but won't rip or tear if this is kept in a gym bag, and water spills shouldn't be an issue either.

At first I was really worried because this bar is gluten free, and other than my Vegan Broccoli and Cheese Soup   I hadn't had much luck, taste wise with gluten free products. This cookie dough Trim Fuel bar tasted fantastic though.  It gave me the energy I needed.

Overall as I'm sure you can guess, I really like the Trim Fuel Cookie Dough Gluten Free Protein Bar. It tastes great, surprising for something that's gluten free, and is healthy. I just wish it were a little bigger.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
