I have to say that I like this book. The Hope Quotient came at the perfect time for me because if you remember I don't even know what I want so I do need something to get me motivated. There are a whole lot of tips and I love that  its separated in this way. This is a great motivational book to read. If you liked Unstoppable or Redemption you'll want to read this book.
