Ever since I saw this wave print dress online at Oasap, I knew I had to have it, and so I did. Originally I thought that it was going to be super tight and way to small on my fairly average frame, but I didn't care, I wanted it that much. I mean look at those waves, and at the bottom of them are little boats that are clearly going to be eaten by the sea. Getting this dress on though I realized that its very comfortable and its one size is fantastic for curvy girls.
Oh another thing, I know I said that the print on this dress was a wave print, but its not just any wave print, its inspired by the Great Wave Off Kanagawa. Although its not an exact replica of the original, I mean it doesn't have people in the boats this dress is a pretty good representation. To go with this tidal wave look I did my hair in a simple beach wave, using Not Your Mother's Texturizing Sea Salt Spray.
Wave Print Dress - Thanks to Oasap
Black Tights - Von Maur
UGGs Leather Booties - TJ Maxx Haul
Ralph Lauren Sweater - Nordstrom
To go with the wave print dress, because it is a little short I went with a thick pair of black tights. To make my legs look long I paired them with my UGG booties, that I think are super pretty but for some reason my boyfriend hates them. The last thing I added and only in one photo was my Ralph Lauren zipper jacket since it is getting cooler, I mean I have been doing outfits on How to Dress For Fall.
